REFRACTORY PARTS
Feeder tubes play a crucial role in the hollow glass manufacturing process by being employed in the spout responsible for delivering molten glass to the forming machine. The rotating tube serves to homogenize the molten glass and facilitates heating or cooling when vent holes are present. The expendable refractory tube is utilized to manage the glass flow to the underlying orifice ring and can also be lowered onto the spout's surface to shut off the glass flow when necessary. Tubes need to exhibit a dual capability of withstanding corrosion and thermal shock to endure the challenging operational conditions. Ours showcase outstanding wear resistance and resilience against thermal shock. In applications such as the metering spout tube, reported service lives typically range from six to seven months.
